1. No Returns Accepted
All sales are final. Tottenham Wheels does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products or services once the transaction is complete. By placing an order or booking a service with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Products
Due to the bespoke and custom nature of alloy wheels, tyres, and related accessories, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other reason. We strongly encourage customers to verify all specifications, compatibility, and fitment details before completing a purchase. Our team is available to assist with any queries prior to sale.
3. Services
All services, including but not limited to alloy wheel refurbishment, diamond cut repair, custom colour spraying, tyre fitting, wheel balancing, and mechanical repairs, are non-refundable once work has commenced or been completed. If you have concerns about the quality of work performed, please contact us directly within 7 days and we will assess the matter on a case-by-case basis.
4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that a product is delivered to you in a faulty or damaged condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of collection or delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement of the same item or a repair. This does not constitute a general right of return.
5. Cancellations
Orders for products may only be cancelled if the item has not yet been dispatched or fitted. A cancellation request must be made in writing via email to tottenhamwheels17@gmail.com.
Service bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
